根据近日国家卫生健康委政务服务平台发布的信息,食规查中《新食品原料终止审查目录》新增1个物质:

  • 玉米发酵物

玉米发酵物是以玉米为原料,经糖化、谷氨酸棒状杆菌YP077-1(Corynebacteriumglutamicum YP077-1)发酵、膜过滤、灭菌、浓缩、干燥等工艺制成。本申报产品为黄色粉末,主要成分为氨基酸(≥60g/100g)、碳水化合物等,可作为食品原料使用,使用范围不包括婴幼儿食品。食品安全指标参照我国食品安全国家标准中调味品执行,同时米酵菌酸≤0.25mg/kg,唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德氏菌不得检出(/25g)。
